Die casting technology is an optimal solution for mass production of technical light metal parts. In combinaton with machining and surface treatment operations, we deliver high quality components directly to assembly lines.

Technical level
The majority of our die-casting capacities are state-of-the-art cold chamber horizontal SCD die casting machines. The casting processes and moulds are designed, verified and optimised with support of the latest specialised software (MAGMA), run by our experienced engineering team.

Capacities available to our customers:
Approx. 80 die casting machines, clamping forces up to 2.700T for Al alloys dispersed among all plants

Approx. 10 die casting machines, clamping forces up to 1.800T for Mg alloys are located at plant Ljubljana.
